We have an excellent track record in responding to needs of trainees for flexible training, time out of programme and to develop sub-specialty training skills.  Also, development and training is set up to help trainees achieve a good work/life balance, essential for everyone’s well-being; and we pay one of the highest levels of study leave, have many academic opportunities including research and education, and pay generous relocation expenses of up to £8,000.

Round 2

Northern Deanery is participating in 2010 ST3 Recruitment Round 2, and has vacancies in the specialties of endocrinology/diabetes, gastroenterology and renal medicine (see table below).

There are no vacancies here remaining from 2010 Round 1, nor any likely to arise before 2011, in the specialties of cardiology or geriatric medicine.
